Climate Variability

Idaho is experiencing extremes in temperature and precipitation and changes in seasonal patterns. Rangelands in Idaho need strategies for both adapting to these changes and mitigating further changes. Stakeholders identified needs for coordination of additional research, continued work on communication via education and outreach, and improved collaboration related to sustaining rangeland systems in the face of increasing climate variability.
